privacy policy
If personal data (such as name, address or email addresses) is collected on our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis wherever possible. The use of our offers and services is always possible without providing personal data wherever possible.
Personal data is stored for reporting and tax reasons and is retained for a period of 10 years. This data is not passed on to third parties - e.g. for advertising purposes. By checking this privacy policy, you consent to the legally required data collection.
In order to be able to offer you optimal service when (re-)booking an offer from the landlord, the administration system offers the landlord the option of storing personal data long-term in the so-called guest file.
The providers are obliged to comply with the tax laws applicable to them and to store all data related to a booking/payment and to hand it over to the local authorities upon request. Personal data is therefore stored for at least the legally stipulated retention period.
You can request information from the providers about the data stored about you at any time. This request must be made in writing (by email or post).
You can request the deletion of data concerning you at any time (if applicable, with the exception of the data subject to retention as defined under 5.2). This deletion request must be made separately in writing (by email or post) to the provider. The provider will provide you with proof of the deletion of the data with a deletion protocol.
We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible. The use of contact data published as part of the imprint obligation by third parties to send unsolicited advertising and information materials is hereby expressly prohibited.
The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising information being sent, for example through spam emails.
