for the booking of a holiday home in the holiday village Kleine Freiheit- Erholung am Quitzdorfer See

 

Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the booking of a holiday home in the holiday village Kleine Freiheit- Erholung am Quitzdorfer See.

 

2 Conclusion of contract

The contract for the booking of a holiday home is concluded by the booking of the guest and the confirmation of the holiday village Kleine Freiheit- Erholung am Quitzdorfer See. The booking is made by completing the online booking form or by a written booking confirmation.

 

3. rental price

The rental price for the holiday home is stated in the booking confirmation. The rental price includes the costs for the overnight stay, the final cleaning and the

- Costs for cleaning with four-legged friends: €5/ dog/ night (maximum €20)

- Costs for booked bed linen: €6 per person and stay

These costs are shown separately on the invoice.

 

4. pets

The pet owner is obliged to ensure that his pet does not leave any soiling in the holiday village. Should the animal nevertheless cause soiling, the pet owner must remove it immediately.

Damage: The pet owner is liable for all damage caused by the pet in the holiday village. This applies to damage to property as well as personal injury.

 

Pets must also be treated against parasites such as ticks, fleas and worms. If an animal is found to be infested with parasites during its stay in the holiday village, the pet owner must consult a vet immediately and bear the costs of treatment and removal of the parasites in the booked bungalow.

Proof of treatment must be presented to the holiday village on request.

 

5. deposit

A deposit of 30% of the rental price must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit must be paid within 14 days of conclusion of the contract. If the deposit is not paid within 14 days of conclusion of the contract, the booking will be cancelled without further enquiry and the holiday home released.

 

6. final payment

The final payment must be made up to 4 weeks before arrival. If this is not paid on time, the booking will be cancelled and the amount of the deposit will be retained. Payment in cash on arrival is also possible on request.

 

7. bed linen

In order to avoid unnecessary changes of bed linen and to save costs, we ask our guests to either use the bed linen provided or to bring their own. The use of bed linen is mandatory in all cases. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning charge of €20.00 per person

 

8 Short-term bookings within 4 weeks before the start of the holiday

For bookings made less than 4 weeks before arrival, the full booking amount must be paid within 3 days of booking confirmation at the latest by real-time bank transfer to the account [IBAN: DE...]. If payment is not made on time, the accommodation cannot be guaranteed and there is no entitlement to the booked service.

 

9 Cancellation

The guest may cancel the contract at any time prior to arrival. Cancellation must be made in writing. Cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival is free of charge. The deposit will be refunded within 4 weeks of receipt of the cancellation. In the event of cancellation within 4 weeks before arrival or no-show, 80% of the rental costs paid will be retained, including the costs for the final cleaning, the fees for the booked bed linen and cleaning after pets.

It is advisable to take out travel cancellation insurance when you book a holiday home. Travel cancellation insurance protects you against financial losses if you have to cancel your trip for unforeseen reasons, e.g. due to illness, accident or incapacity to work.

 

10. rebooking

Rebooking is possible free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival. After that, a rebooking fee of 30% of the rental price must be paid.

 

11. house rules

The guest undertakes to observe the house rules of the holiday village Kleine Freiheit- Erholung am Quitzdorfer See.

 

12 Liability

The holiday village Kleine Freiheit- Erholung am Quitzdorfer See is liable for damages caused to the guest by culpable behaviour of the holiday village or its vicarious agents. However, the liability is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. The guest is obliged to inform the landlord immediately of any damage to the holiday home. The landlord then has the option of repairing the damage or compensating the guest.

 

13. place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the registered office of the holiday village Kleine Freiheit- Erholung am Quitzdorfer See.

 

14. severability clause

Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

 

15 Declaration of consent by the guest

By transferring the deposit, the guest declares his agreement to these GTC and confirms that he has read them.

 

16. name of the holiday village
The holiday village issuing the GTC is the holiday village Kleine Freiheit- Erholung am Quitzdorfer See.
